Twelve22 Living

AMC is proud to have been part of the Twelve22 Living project in St. Paul, a historic remodel that transformed the former St. Paul Casket Factory building into 56 units of affordable housing. The four-story development now provides modern, comfortable living spaces while preserving the character of the original structure. Our team installed plumbing and HVAC systems, including a hot water fan coil heat boiler system paired with DX heat pumps on the roof, delivering efficient heating and cooling to support this important community-focused project.
