Charlie’s responsibilities include scheduling and dispatching service technicians, securing parts from wholesalers, and estimating. Charlie works closely with our customers to ensure their work is completed above and beyond expectations.  Charlie has experience in the commercial, industrial, and multifamily markets. With nearly two decades in the industry, Charlie is able to use his years of knowledge obtained working as a technician to team up with our field technicians to best serve our customer’s needs.
