University of St Thomas – Owens Science Hall

The recently completed project at the University of St. Thomas’ Owens Science Hall involved the successful conversion of former laboratory space into functional office areas. Scope of work included the installation of new VAV boxes and controls, relocation of existing lab fume hoods and associated equipment to another space, and comprehensive rebalancing and controls work to ensure optimal system performance. Modifications to existing ductwork were completed as needed to support the new layout, resulting in a seamless transition from lab to office use while maintaining efficiency and comfort.
