The Lumin Apartments

The Lumin, located in St. Paul on the former Ford Motor Company site, is a newly completed five-story affordable senior housing community with 60 units. The building features a welcoming first-floor common area with apartments on the upper levels. For this project, our team provided HVAC services including fan coils paired with rooftop heat pumps to deliver efficient heating and cooling. We also installed a snowmelt system, designed to keep walkways and entryways clear and safe during harsh Minnesota winters. This feature not only enhances accessibility for senior residents but also reduces maintenance needs for the property.
