Rise at Prospect Park

This project was for a 336-unit apartment building with first floor retail. It included a roof top amenity deck, dog run (on roof), golf simulator room, fitness center, yoga room, and sauna. The project was new construction, AMC did both plumbing and HVAC for the building. The job was completed on time and on budget.
