North Loop Galley

The North Loop Galley project is an exciting dining destination located in the heart of the North Loop area of Minneapolis. This project involved the installation of a complete HVAC system to support four distinct restaurants operating within a shared space. Our scope of work included the installation of four pipe fan coil units to provide efficient heating and cooling for the entire area. We also completed extensive ductwork throughout the space, along with the installation of a make-up air unit to ensure proper ventilation and air balance. To meet the specific needs of the kitchen environments, we installed specialized grease ducts and kitchen hoods for each restaurant, effectively managing grease and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This HVAC installation has helped create a comfortable and functional environment for both patrons and restaurant staff, contributing to the success of the North Loop Galley as a dynamic and sought-after culinary hub.
