Mill District Event Space

Associated Mechanical recently completed plumbing and HVAC work for the newly opened Mill District Event Space, located on the first floor of the historic J.I. Case Building. This vibrant new venue, developed by Sherman Associates, transforms the former Old Spaghetti Factory space into a 350-person event space designed to meet growing demand for mid-sized gatherings in the growing Mill District neighborhood of Minneapolis.
