J.I. Case Building

The J.I. Case building is an impressive design/build project that spans three stories over a raised basement. Our team successfully completed the plumbing and HVAC systems, utilizing fan-powered VAV boxes for optimal climate control. The second and third floors are dedicated to office space, providing a modern and efficient environment for businesses. The building also boasts a rooftop pool and spa, offering a luxurious outdoor retreat, and the first floor features a versatile events center for various gatherings. This project combines functional office space with upscale amenities, creating a dynamic and inviting environment for its occupants.
