Ironwood Apartments

AMC utilized the latest technology on this 182-unit apartment building by installing a VRF system. The VRF system provides heating and cooling to the entire building in lieu of standard furnaces and air conditioners. It was one of the first of its kind on this type of building in our area! We worked very closely with the architect and Doran Companies to design this. AMC also provided all plumbing for the building. The common areas even include a dog wash!
