Forte on the Park

Forte on the Park is a new luxury apartment building located in the heart of Minneapolis, featuring 207 modern units spread across 12 stories. The building boasts a variety of high-end amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, an outdoor rooftop fire pit and lounge, a spacious pool deck, a cozy coffee bar, and a pet spa, creating an elevated living experience for its residents. Our team provided both plumbing and HVAC services for the building, including the installation of through-wall units and fan coils to ensure efficient climate control throughout the space. The project successfully combined luxury living with thoughtful design and energy-efficient systems, making it a standout addition to the Minneapolis skyline.

To help offset rising payment processing costs, we will be implementing a credit card processing surcharge on all invoices paid by credit card, effective April 22, 2026.

A surcharge of 3.5% will be applied to the total invoice amount when payment is made by credit card. This fee reflects the actual cost charged to us by our payment processor. In compliance with Minnesota law (Minn. Stat. § 325G.051), you will be notified of this surcharge verbally at the time of each transaction, and notice is also posted at our place of business.

To avoid this surcharge, you are welcome to pay by ACH transfer, check, or cash, which will remain free of any additional charges.
Please note that this surcharge applies to credit card payments only and does not apply to debit card transactions. The surcharge is subject to applicable Minnesota sales and use tax.
