Degree of Honor

The Degree of Honor project involved the conversion of a 10-story office building into a 77-unit apartment complex in St. Paul. Our scope of work included a full plumbing system overhaul to ensure all units had efficient water and drainage infrastructure. We also installed water source heat pumps, utilizing St. Paul’s District Energy system for sustainable and efficient heating and cooling. District Energy is a centralized energy system that provides heating and cooling to multiple buildings in a specific area through underground piping. This remodel not only enhanced the building’s functionality but also contributed to the city’s sustainability efforts while offering residents modern, energy-efficient living spaces in a revitalized part of St. Paul.
