Computype

We provided complete plumbing and HVAC services for the phased remodel of Computype’s 90,000-square-foot label printing facility in Roseville, MN. The project was executed in four phases to allow the company to maintain operations throughout construction. Our work included the installation of new restroom facilities, water heaters, and HVAC systems—featuring new rooftop units, extensive ductwork, and upgraded air distribution to improve efficiency and comfort. The remodel also added a large café, multiple new break rooms, and involved the relocation of the warehouse space. Our systems were designed and installed to support both the expanded infrastructure and the enhanced employee amenities, contributing to a modernized, high-performing facility.
