The thoughtfully designed campus includes a variety of community amenities such as a chapel, bistro, wellness center, spacious fifth-floor party room with terrace, and two beautifully landscaped courtyards above an underground heated parking garage. Outdoor features include gardens, grilling areas, walking paths, outdoor seating, a pickleball court, and a putting green—all designed to enhance resident life. Our team provided the plumbing and HVAC systems for this dynamic and welcoming facility.
