Brook Gardens in Brooklyn Park is a 60-unit affordable housing townhome community that recently underwent a comprehensive, occupied remodel aimed at improving comfort, efficiency, and long-term performance for residents. Throughout the renovation, we successfully replaced all furnaces, water heaters, and plumbing fixtures—carefully coordinating work to minimize disruption for tenants living on-site. This project showcases our ability to deliver high-quality mechanical upgrades in active residential settings, helping to extend the life of critical systems while enhancing energy efficiency and everyday functionality for affordable housing communities.

To help offset rising payment processing costs, we will be implementing a credit card processing surcharge on all invoices paid by credit card, effective April 22, 2026.

A surcharge of 3.5% will be applied to the total invoice amount when payment is made by credit card. This fee reflects the actual cost charged to us by our payment processor. In compliance with Minnesota law (Minn. Stat. § 325G.051), you will be notified of this surcharge verbally at the time of each transaction, and notice is also posted at our place of business.

To avoid this surcharge, you are welcome to pay by ACH transfer, check, or cash, which will remain free of any additional charges.
Please note that this surcharge applies to credit card payments only and does not apply to debit card transactions. The surcharge is subject to applicable Minnesota sales and use tax.
