Aurora on France is a 280,600-square-foot senior living community connected to Southdale Hospital in Edina, Minnesota. This modern facility offers a full continuum of care, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and transitional care, allowing residents to access the support they need while enjoying a vibrant, community-focused lifestyle. The building features a wide range of amenities designed to promote comfort, wellness, and social engagement, such as heated underground parking, a large patio with fireplaces, an outdoor grilling area, a movie theater, a library, a club lounge with billiards, and inviting indoor fireplaces. Additional highlights include a community room with a performance stage, a fitness room with state-of-the-art equipment, an onsite beauty salon, a chapel, and the serene Skyview Community Spa Room. Our team provided all plumbing and HVAC systems for this impressive facility, helping ensure a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

To help offset rising payment processing costs, we will be implementing a credit card processing surcharge on all invoices paid by credit card, effective April 22, 2026.

A surcharge of 3.5% will be applied to the total invoice amount when payment is made by credit card. This fee reflects the actual cost charged to us by our payment processor. In compliance with Minnesota law (Minn. Stat. § 325G.051), you will be notified of this surcharge verbally at the time of each transaction, and notice is also posted at our place of business.

To avoid this surcharge, you are welcome to pay by ACH transfer, check, or cash, which will remain free of any additional charges.
Please note that this surcharge applies to credit card payments only and does not apply to debit card transactions. The surcharge is subject to applicable Minnesota sales and use tax.
