Amber Union is a newly constructed, 125-unit affordable housing apartment building located in Falcon Heights, Minnesota. The project is situated on the site of the historic Farmers Union Grain Terminal, blending modern living with the rich history of the area. Our team provided comprehensive plumbing services and installed a Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) HVAC system to ensure optimal climate control and energy efficiency throughout the building.
