The 801 Fish project involved the remodel of a 9,200 square-foot restaurant located in the US Bancorp Center in Minneapolis. The renovation focused on enhancing the restaurant’s HVAC system for improved climate control and air quality. A new kitchen hood was also installed to meet modern ventilation and safety standards, ensuring efficient kitchen operations. This transformation successfully updated the restaurant, providing a refreshed environment for both staff and guests while maintaining its inviting atmosphere.
