724 Lofts

AMC is proud to have completed work on 724 Lofts in Minneapolis, a historic building transformed from an office building into modern market-rate apartments with first-floor retail and five stories of 46 residential units. Our scope included providing plumbing and HVAC systems, featuring electric fan coils with rooftop heat pumps to efficiently serve the building. This project showcases the balance of preserving historic character while delivering updated, comfortable living spaces in the heart of the city.
