AMC is proud to have contributed to 3301 Nicollet, a newly constructed income-restricted apartment building in Minneapolis. The project features 65 residential units across four stories, along with a first-floor common area for residents. Our scope included complete plumbing and HVAC systems, designed to provide efficient, dependable service throughout the building. This development adds valuable affordable housing options to the community in a modern, welcoming setting.
