AMC recently wrapped up work on 325 Blake Road, now known as Chorus Apartments, a new six-story, 116-unit apartment building in Hopkins, MN. Our team provided full HVAC installation, including a VRF system, along with plumbing throughout the entire project. The development offers residents a variety of modern amenities such as a pet wash, grill stations, an indoor/outdoor glass fireplace, a community clubroom, and a rooftop courtyard featuring firepits—creating a comfortable and welcoming living experience.
