Canopy Hotel

The Canopy Hotel in Minneapolis brings new life to the historic Advance Thresher and Emerson-Newton buildings, originally constructed in 1900 and 1904. Although the two buildings share the same roof height and appear as one, they differ in scale—one is six stories and the other seven. Now listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the structures were transformed into a 183-unit hotel that blends historic architecture with modern amenities.
