The Theodore & The Eloise

Wirth on the Woods, located next to Theodore Wirth Park in Minneapolis, features two six-story buildings—The Theodore and The Eloise—connected by underground parking. Each building includes 100 units, with The Theodore providing affordable senior housing and The Eloise offering market-rate senior housing. As a design/assist project, our team collaborated closely with the design and construction teams to deliver plumbing and HVAC systems tailored to the unique needs of both buildings. This project demonstrates our ability to deliver reliable, high-quality mechanical systems that enhance comfort, efficiency, and the overall living experience for senior residents.
