PPL Restoring Waters

We’re proud to share our work on PPL Restoring Waters, a transformational housing project designed to support and uplift the community. This new five-story building includes PPL’s office space on the first floor and 64 residential units across the upper four stories. Our team provided complete plumbing and HVAC services, including the installation of electric fan coils with rooftop heat pumps, ensuring efficient heating and cooling throughout the building.
