Patterson Dental

AMC recently completed the Patterson Dental project in Eagan, a 30,000-square-foot tenant improvement delivered through design/build construction. The space features a new showroom floor for dental equipment, along with offices, conference rooms, a breakroom, repair areas, and a warehouse. Our team provided plumbing and HVAC throughout the facility, including specialized systems to support the dental equipment and mock-up patient rooms—creating a functional and efficient environment tailored to Patterson Dental’s operations.
